Community Association
of Saratoga Hills The Community Association of Saratoga Hills
was formed in 1968 to represent the interests of homeowners and residents of Saratoga Hills. An initial
task was to promote and support the proper residential development of Saratoga Hills which was completed in 1976.
CASH has always encouraged attractive landscaping and worked to maintain the character of the community.
CASH reviews local and regional land use designations and participates in all planning activities to ensure continuation
of our quality of life. Government and regulatory agencies actions are reviewed and CASH positions are
actively presented. CASH is a member of the Las Virgenes Homeowners Federation and works within that organization
to develop appropriate regional positions. The CASH Board is made up of
nine regular and four alternate Directors. The Board meets monthly and invites all residents to attend
and participate in the meetings. There is an annual meeting of the community in the last quarter of each
year. The Board publishes the Windmill to provide information to residents on events of
interest to residents of Saratoga Hills. Saratoga Hills is the only homeowners association that publishes
a Neighborhood Directory. The purpose of the Directory is to facilitate personal contacts
and provide emergency and community services information. The annual voluntary dues are $25.
